My Process

Each bun is made from scratch using a slow fermentation method for better flavor and texture. I use quality Swiss butter, real Ceylon cinnamon, and unrefined sugar for the filling – no shortcuts.

The Story

These buns are inspired by Nordic baking traditions but adapted for Zürich tastes. I started baking them for friends, and soon they became the most requested item. Now, they're the heart of Petr’s Bakery.
