Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180-200°C and bake on the lower rack for 12-15 minutes. Alternatively, defrost in the microwave at 600W for 50-60 seconds.

Storage & Shelf Life

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.

My process

Each bun is made from scratch using a slow fermentation process – for better taste and a finer texture.

The story

These buns are inspired by Nordic baking traditions, but adapted to Zurich tastes. Originally, I only baked them for friends – now they're my most requested product. Today, they're the heart of Petr's Bakery.
